Presented by Global Venture Network

Where capital meets the builders of the next ecosystem.

The Venture Summit brings a curated group of funders together with the people running the world’s leading venture accelerators, venture builders, and venture hubs. Not one company at a time. The organizations building dozens of them.

The room, not the pitch

The room, not the pitch

Most capital is aimed at a single company at a time. The Venture Summit is built around a different question: who is building the organizations that produce those companies in the first place. Every accelerator, venture builder, and hub in the room has already been vetted through Global Venture Network’s fifteen years of work with operators across six continents. The funders in the room are there because that vetting means their time is well spent. That is the entire premise of this event. The curation is the product.

Who’s in the room

Funders

Foundations, family offices, government and economic development entities, mission driven non-profits, angel investors, and a small number of institutional investors, all attending by invitation, at no cost.

Operators

Heads of venture accelerators, venture builders, and venture hubs, vetted through Global Venture Network and invited to represent their organization directly.

Two tracks, one Summit

The Venture Summit runs across two tracks, matched to how capital and organizational structure most often align. Growth Capital brings together for-profit venture studios, venture builders, for-profit accelerators, and venture funds with the family offices, angel investors, and institutional investors most often investing directly in them. Catalytic Capital brings together non-profit accelerators, hubs, and studios with the foundations, government and economic development entities, and non-profits most often funding them. Some funders invest across both, and placement follows your actual investment interest rather than your funder type alone. Full detail on both tracks lives on The Format page.

How it works

Both tracks follow the same two phase calendar. Virtual sessions this fall, so the people in the room have a real sense of who else is there before anyone travels anywhere. Then an in person Summit next spring, small by design, built for actual conversation rather than a stage and an audience.
